Halloween Paper Wreath

I decided to create a wreath out of paper. I got this idea from Maymay Made It's youtube channel. Its called Paper Cone and Rosette Ornament. Here is the link for you to check it out:
https://youtu.be/T3hYMwkn4MM. She really explains it very well.😊

I have this halloween paper pad from K&Company that I had purchased at Michael's a couple of years ago. Here is a picture of the paper pad called Spooktacular:
Supplies that are needed will be your choice of paper, glue gun and ribbon or twine.

I went ahead an used my cricut machine to cut out the circles. You'll need two 4 3/8" or 4.4 by 4.4(cricut measurements) to use as your base and you will be needing 32- 2"circles to create the cone and apply it on the bottom of the wreath and 18 more (2" circles) to apply on the top of the wreath. I didn't use the rosette on my wreath so I cut another 4 3/8" (4.4by4.4) circle and embossed it with the cuttlebug embossing folder called Plaid. I also cut a piece of white tulle to put in the front and added a title to it. I then ended up using yarn instead of ribbon or twine to attach it to the wreath in order for you to hang it.

Here is the completed project Halloween Wreath...

This is the front...
This is the back..

I've decided to hang this in my main entry way arch and added some pom poms next to it. The picture quality didn't come out good.

Check out my instagram: scrappidyashy to find out what I've used to make the pom pom.

"Happy" scrapbook page layout

I finally had the chance to take my disposable cameras to be develop at Walmart.. I can't believe that its been 10 years since I took these pictures. My baby Felicity is now 10 years old and she finally had the chance to see a few of  her baby pictures.

I used the Lisa Bearnson Anthology/Inspiration Scrapbook pages ready to just add pictures.

I only added a smiley face to the bottom next to the word "Happy".

I added only the vellum saying "Cute as a bug" using
DCWV vellum quote stacks: baby & childhood

Hi Crafters,

Its been a long time since I've posted here.. Life got in the way! I went back to work when my little one started kinder in 2011. Since then I finally got adjusted to my girls schedule and I'm ready to get into my hobby again.

First thing I did for this month was to join the Close to My heart and become a Consultant. I just received my kit this weekend and I love the bag that was given at the convention this past summer. I've updated my information and added a badge where you can go straight to my Online Business Address. This will be the place to check out the online catalog, specials and place orders. If you have any questions or would like a catalog you can email me at scrappidyashy@yahoo.com

Lunch Box Swap

I was part of a Lunch and Paint box Swap that Bits-N-Pieces hosted. My partner was Dalia, here is my lunch box. I decorated using some Anna Griffin paper, which it had my partners favorite colors on it, "pink". I bling the front part of the lunch box and the back.
I added some die cuts from French Manor. I also heat emboss the top and some of the sides with black and pink embossing powder.

I also added metal letters and heat emboss with Pink powder and thick embossing glaze powder.
I really had a blast decorating this lunch box, which it was my first time decorating a lunch box swap... Here are the goodies I added inside the lunch box..some bling, flowers, papers, etc.
