Monthly Challenge for Cricut Circle Blog

I have been working on this wreath for about a week and I finally finish and very proud of how it came out...Love it..

Started out with a Dollar wicked branch wreath and glue down my flowers...
I cut my flowers out of lunch paper bags. I use the Accents cartridge using image scallop flower and cut at 2 3/4". The total count of how many flowers I use was about 151. I inked both sides with Tim Holtz Distress Ink: Vintage Brown and Brick.

My flowers are from the same cartridge and cut them in different sizes, 3 1/4, 2 3/4, 2 1/4, 1 3/4. I added some glitter on the edges. The paper is from Imaginesce Fall collection that I have purchase from QVC a couple of years ago. I also use the embossing folders from PC: dotts, swirls

My tag was cut out at 3 1/4" with cereal box and added a felt on top. Also using the Accents cartridge and the title Home and Family was using Home Decor at 1" and equal sign was from Sanferi Font. The last touch I put a rhinestone on the i using I-rock tool.

Thanksgiving Blog Hop: November 6-7 2010

Welcome to our Thanksgiving Blog Hop Second Day Event. Today is Sunday November 7, 2010.
Don't forget to stop by at AmyShttp://digi-scrap.blogspot.com/ to start from the beginning...

I got this idea from Michaels Facebook page. This pumpkin is done just by cutting 6 strips of 12 x 12 paper at 1". Spread your strips like a star and add a brad in the center then start gathering them around shaping it like a pumpkin and add another brad on the top.

Here is a close up of the top of the pumpkin. I use the Design Calendar Cartridge to cut out the leafs, title (Thanksgiving) and the clove for the stem. The Accent Designs Cartridge I cut out the green swirls.

I cut the title from a glitter red paper. I ink the edge of the dark green stem using the Tim Holtz Distressing Ink.

I cut a 3" cirlce and glue it on the bottom and added red leaf around the pumpkin. This could be use for your Thanksgiving Decorations as a Place Card Settings with your guest name on it.
Thank you again for stopping by and checking out my creations.. dont forget to leave a comment.

Thanksgiving Blog Hop: November 6-7 2010

Today is Saturday November 6, 2010 and is our Thanksgiving Blog Hop Two Day Event... if you just found us hop on over to AmyS @ http://digi-scrap.blogspot.com/ to start from the beginning.

You should of have arrived at my blog from Bugaloohttp://designsbysharon.blogspot.com/

Here is my creation. I decided to make a calendar using the Design Calendar Cartridge.

I purchase this cartridge since last year and never used it, so that's the reason I follow the directions from the handbook, it was easy...
The cardstock is from Bazzill Basics Colors. The actual frame is cut at 8 3/4 x 9" and the insides calendar frame is cut at 5" and the numbers @ 1"..

I skip on the number 17 because that's my birthday and decided to put a flower(was looking for a sunflower) and also 23 because that's my husband and put a heart on it. I layer on top of the #25 Thanksgiving saying on it. All the numbers I put crystal effect and stickles and the flower is from K&Company, heart is just a sticky foam from Valentines, I colored it in with a Bic Sharpie Red.

The side images were cut @ 2" and is the October pumpkin and November pilgrim hat. I use stickles to color in the pumpkin: orange and the hat black and gold. I love the glittery paper my non-secret pal Michelle send me. Is a glittery orange and use it to cut my title.

Here is another look at My November Calendar on my buffet table... Thanks so much for stopping by today and don't forget tomorrow for our second project. I hope you enjoy the blog hop...now head over to Mandy @http://mandys-scrap.blogspot.com...
